Treasury/Finance
The Treasury/Finance Department is entrusted as stewards of Talitha Cumi’s financial matters, ensuring not only the smooth running of the organisation treasurer I disburse all money contributed in Talitha women’s ministry according to the budget.
In the Treasury Department,
1. We keep accurate records of how money comes in and how it is spent.
2. We work with finances according to the guidelines established by the committee on finance for total judiciary responsibility.
3. We update the whole logistics committee – and the rest of the leadership on the areas that need regular expenditure so funds can be organised.
4. We work with relevant departments on finance issues when activities that need funding arise.
5. We produce reports to give the ministry both an overview as well as to project future needs and plan for them.
